About the Author
Jonathan Leviss, MD, is the chief medical officer of the Rhode Island Quality Institute; he provides physician leadership across initiatives to improve the quality, safety, and value of healthcare in Rhode Island, including the statewide Beacon Community Program and Health Information Exchange (HIE). He is also a clinical assistant professor of Health Services, Policy, and Practice at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
